Best Robot Vacuums and Mop Systems
This robot vacuum-mop is an excellent alternative for those who live in flats, as it carries the rubbish away in its own bin and uses a smaller docking station. The app lets you set up various modes and monitor the cleaning. The mopping feature is also very impressive.
best cheap robot vacuum and obstacle avoidance are impressive, as is the fact that it is able to mops extremely well cleaning up pet hair, spills and dirt. It also self-empties and cleans and replenishes its water tank.
best budget robot vacuum cleaner from iRobot
The iRobot Combo is an iRobot that can mop and vacuum. The iRobot Combo doesn't quite replace our Editors' Choice winner, the Deebot X1 Omni. It is more efficient and comes with a mobile app that is simpler to use, but it's a good alternative. It was able to consistently remove dirt from hard floors and carpets. Its obstacle avoidance system isn't the most advanced in the world, as it lacks structured light and other features like LiDAR, but it was able to avoid most collisions with furniture and other clutter.
The Combo comes with many of the same smarts that the J7 Plus has, such as an the onboard acoustic sensor for determining the floor type and AI-powered Navigation. However, it lacks the ability set suction power by hand. It's also slightly less compact than the version that uses vacuum and doesn't include a self-emptying dock.
In my experience, the Combo is a fantastic choice for homes with a lot of space and its sleek design is one of the top in the industry. The clean, matte black plastic looks better than most competitors' metallic or glossy finishes, and iRobot's tiny touches--like a leather tab to open the bin on the board and a shelf inside the dock that can hold additional bags--are more elegant than a lot of its rivals'. The iRobot Combo makes it simple to create maps and set up Keep-Out Zones.
Roborock

While Roborock is comparatively new to the robot vacuum and mop industry, it's already earned its mark due to its suite of innovative cleaning techniques. The vacuums are renowned for their suction capabilities, while the brand's mopping systems include vibrating mops that help scrub floors clean. Additionally, a variety of scheduling and mapping options lets you adjust the bot's cleaning schedule for your specific home.
Roborock's obstacle avoidance feature allows the robot to spot objects that are smaller than its own height. This is especially useful for Roborock's top models, like the Qrevo Master. It is the best in its class in terms of navigation, due to the combination of vSLAM and LiDAR. Other robovacs are known to slam into pet waste and slam furniture with no awareness. The Qrevo Master, however, solves this issue with a Reactive Artificial Intelligence system that makes use of two cameras to see the presence of objects in the room.
Roborock robots also have several convenience features that reduce day-to-day maintenance. These include auto-empty docks, as well as multi-functional mop washing stations. They can remove the need to manually empty dustbins and wash mops, which makes for a truly hands-off ownership experience. Plus the app's minimalist layout and fast connection to the robot make it simple to use.
Hobot Legee D8
With a variety of integrated cleaning modes and advanced mopping options, the Hobot Legee is one of the top robot vacuums and mops for both wet and dry floors. Its advanced navigation system integrates five different technologies to design and follow a path that is the most efficient. It can also identify various flooring materials and recognize obstacles with precision. It can lift it up to 7mm to glide across carpets. The intelligent spray system uses the proper amount of water to remove stains without leaving unsightly water marks.
The Legee is a Gen 4 Robot, competes directly against the Eufy Robovac X9 or Ecovacs Deebot T20. Both models cost more. It is more feature-rich than either of them with a more flexible D-shaped body that cleans the corners and under cabinets better than a round one. Its sensors include 360deg 3D (Lidar, Encoder, Gyro, and E-compass) four forward-facing sensors, one right-side-facing FDS (IR ToF sensors for distance) and two pairs of cliff detectors front and back (most robots have just one pair). It also includes Legee SLAM to reduce the bump-andgrind issues that cause problems for Gen 4 robots.
In contrast to other robots, the Legee comes with a built-in trash compactor and is compatible with the less noisy 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The LuLu mop washing station comes included and can wash, refill and dries your mop's 'cloth. This means that you can use it for up to six times longer than other mops. It also reduces waste and frequency of emptying the bin.
Karcher RCV 5
The brand is known for its pressure washers and garden tools, Karcher has been dabbling in robot vacuums for quite a while and it's the most technologically advanced model. It creates maps of your home using LiDAR, and can be programmed either to mop or vacuum. It also differentiates between hard floors and carpets to ensure that you don't end up with water puddles on your pile.
Its navigation is top-quality that can avoid carpets and furniture with ease and even lifting itself up over steps. The robot is programmable by adjusting different settings, such as cleaning schedules and rooms it should clean. It also has an emergency button' that will force the robot to return home in the event that its power runs out. It can also be set to turn off automatically when an approaching storm is detected.
The RCV 5 is easy to use and, while hefty at nearly 4kg, it's hardly difficult to maneuver around furniture. Safety features such as sensors that warn it to stay clear of stairs are appreciated by those with smaller children. Once it is charged it takes just several hours to fully charge, and the two buttons on the top will turn green to let you that it is now ready to use.
Mova E30 Ultra
The Mova E30 Ultra robot vacuum cleaner is a robot that is able to combine advanced technology with a low price. It's a direct competitor to models like the Dreame L10 Ultra and Roborock's Q Revo. Despite its less expensive price it is worth the price. Mova E30 Ultra offers features that other models cannot beat. It utilizes sensors to adjust its settings to different surfaces and floors, as well as detect areas that are less clean and ensure they get enough attention. It can also move slower to avoid damaging delicate furniture or walls.
The device can map your home's interior and display it within the app. You can also mark specific rooms and objects you would like the vacuum to stay away from. The vacuum will slow down when it detects an obstruction, and avoid hitting it. It is also equipped with an intelligent dustbin that will notify you when it's full, so that you can empty it in time.
The Mova E30 Ultra is an affordable option for anyone looking to outsource their everyday cleaning chores. It's a robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can clean your floors without you having to lift a single finger. It has a clever design which increases the cleaning of corners by as much as 60%. It has up to 7000 Pa of suction power and RoboSwing arms. It can be controlled using the app or voice assistants, such as Alexa or Siri.
Beko RCV3
The Beko Robotic Vacuum/Mop RV3 is a stylish, feature-packed robot vacuum/mop. It does an outstanding job of keeping floors clean and tidy. While it can't raise its mop on carpets or rugs like the award-winning Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra it's very good at both cleaning hard floors as well as tackling damp mopping duties with impressive speed. It also comes with an auto-emptying bin, provides an excellent suction power, and offers many mopping options and can be controlled by a top quality app that works on both iOS and Android.
It's a little smaller than the other models, and its main brush is a bit shorter however, it did a quick job in our test room. The rotating brush on the side that is used for edges is a nice addition and, while it didn't lift dirt off our carpets and carpets like other competitors but it did a good job overall.
The device can be programmed to have individual cleaning parameters for each room. It will then create detailed maps using LiDAR's built-in navigation. It's easy to control via the app and a range of voice output options can inform you about the condition of your home robot. Regular software updates help improve and enhance the performance. The app can be used to remotely control the RCV3 even when you are not at home.
